Jim's Famous Hamburger:  Starting with the bottom bun, put it togeher in this order.

Mayonnaise, onion, pickle, tomato, lettuce, meat, salt and pepper, relish on top of the meat, top bun.  If you want to add cheese, melt it on the meat and then flip the patty over so the cheese goes on top of the lettuce.  The relish always goes on the meat.

Hot Dog:

Jim Brown's Relish and a little mustard

Thousand Island Dressing:

1 cup Jim Brown's Relish

1/2 cup Mayonnaise  (more or less)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar  (optional)

Meatloaf:

1 lb. ground beef ,  1/2 lb. ground veal,  1/2 lb ground pork,  3/4 cups oats (uncooked),  1/4 cup chopped onion,  1/4 teaspoon pepper,   1 egg (beaten),  1 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Optional:  chopped green pepper,  carrots,  celery

After combining all ingredents and mashing well, put the mealoaf in a proper pan for baking a pre-heated oven of 360 degrees.  Cook for about 90 minutes at 320 degrees, or until cooked throughout.  Combine all ingredients, mix well and press firmly into loaf pan.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.  You can substitute bread crumbs for the oats. Put Jim Brown's Relish across  the top of the meatloaf just before serving.

Eggs:

Any form of eggs with a nice scoop of Relish.  It's great in an egg burrito.
